Job Title: Project Engineer (Civil) – Interior Fit-Out & MEP

Location: UAE (Site-based) Salary Range: AED 7,000 – AED 9,000 per month (Full-time, Permanent)

Role Overview

We are looking for a precision-driven Civil Engineer with a deep specialization in Interior Fit-Out and Electro-Mechanical (MEP) integration. In this role, you won't just be managing a site; you will be the bridge between conceptual design and physical reality. You will lead high-end residential, commercial, or retail projects, ensuring that every finish—from MEP interfaces to intricate joinery—meets our gold standard of quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Leadership: Drive daily operations on-site, ensuring subcontractors and in-house teams remain aligned with the project timeline.
• Technical Verification: Meticulously review shop drawings, BOQs, and material specifications to preemptively identify and resolve technical conflicts.
• Stakeholder Synergy: Act as the primary point of contact for architects, MEP consultants, and clients to ensure design intent is fully realized.
• Project Controls: Develop and monitor detailed project schedules (Look-aheads) and ensure all milestones are met within budget.
• Quality & Safety Excellence: Enforce stringent HSE standards and quality control protocols. Lead the "Snag-Free" initiative during the final handover phase.
• Material Management: Oversee the procurement and precise installation of specialized finishes, including partitions, false ceilings, flooring, and joinery.

Candidate Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in the UAE Interior Fit-out sector.
• Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Project/Office. You must have a strong "eye for detail" regarding high-end finishes and MEP coordination.
• Compliance: Deep understanding of UAE building codes, civil defense regulations, and municipality standards.
• Communication: Fluent in English with the ability to negotiate and lead diverse project teams.
