Project Engineer – Civil (Renovation Works)

We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer – Civil with strong expertise in building renovation and civil works to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing renovation projects in existing and occupied buildings, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring quality, safety, and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise civil and renovation works on site
• Coordinate and control subcontractors to ensure work quality and progress
• Plan daily site activities and ensure adherence to project schedules
• Supervise civil finishing works, structural repairs, and rectification works
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, HSE regulations, and project specifications
• Prepare progress reports, material requests, and basic project schedules
• Coordinate effectively with consultants, suppliers, and internal project teams
• Resolve site issues and make sound technical decisions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 6+ years of proven experience in civil works and building renovation
• Strong experience working in existing/occupied buildings
• Solid knowledge of civil finishing, structural repairs, and rectification works
• Experience in site supervision, quality control, and HSE compliance
• Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple subcontractors
• Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)
