Project Engineer (Concrete Restoration Engineer)

PFC Group is a leading construction and specialized contracting company delivering high-quality civil, structural and rehabilitation solutions across the UAE. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Project Engineer – Concrete Repair & Restoration to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage concrete repair and restoration activities on site.
• Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, QA/QC personnel, safety teams and site staff.
• Ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, method statements, specifications and project requirements.
• Monitor site progress, manpower deployment, material consumption, equipment utilization and productivity.
• Prepare daily progress reports, inspection requests, technical submissions and project documentation.
• Identify site challenges, delays, variations, and additional work requirements and report them to management.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety and environmental standards.
• Support project planning, scheduling and resource allocation activities.
• Attend project meetings and provide technical support when required.

Execute and oversee works including:

• Concrete rehabilitation and repair
• Structural jacketing
• Crack injection works
• Soil stabilization
• Waterproofing systems
• CFRP strengthening works
• Grouting, coring and drilling activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in concrete repair, restoration and structural rehabilitation projects.
• Proven experience in:
• Concrete rehabilitation
• Crack injection systems
• Structural jacketing
• Waterproofing works
• Soil stabilization
• CFRP strengthening systems
• Grouting and related restoration activities
• Strong knowledge of repair materials and systems from leading manufacturers such as Sika, Mapei, Fosroc, Hilti or equivalent.
• Ability to manage site teams and coordinate with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
• Experience in preparing technical reports, method statements and progress documentation.
• Good understanding of QA/QC requirements and construction safety standards.
• UAE/GCC experience is mandatory.
• Valid UAE Driving License preferred.
• DM Concrete Restoration Certification/Exam qualification will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Practical, hands-on and capable of working under pressure to meet project deadlines.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
