Project Engineer - Construction

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise building and luxury villa construction projects from planning to execution.
• Handle full project lifecycle including planning, coordination, execution, and handover.
• Manage site civil team, subcontractors, and labor force efficiently.
• Prepare quantity take-offs and assist in material planning and procurement.
• Monitor daily site activities and ensure work progress as per schedule.
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly progress reports.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and authorities for inspections and approvals.
• Attend client meetings and resolve technical and site-related issues.
• Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to project specifications.
• Follow up on project timelines, manpower allocation, and material delivery.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of UAE experience in construction field.
• Mandatory Dubai Municipality G + 12 certification.
• Strong knowledge of building construction, luxury villas, and structural works.

Preferred Candidate:

• Immediate joiner preferred.
• Valid UAE driving license
