Project Engineer (Electrical)

We are looking for a Project Engineer for our client. Our client is a leading multinational chemical company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical-Electronics Engineering,
• Minimum 4 years of work experience, preferably within an FMCG environment,
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively as an individual and in multidisciplinary team environment,
• Leading technical teams, contractors or other third parties,
• Experience in SAP system is preferred,
• Preferred to have familiarity with Siemens equipment and systems,
• Preferred to have an Energy Manager certification,
• Preferred to have proficiency in EPLAN or AutoCAD,
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management.

Job Description

• Develop and implement strategies and project plans for engineering and technical initiatives, overseeing all aspects including progress monitoring, issue resolution, budgeting, schedule coordination, and status reporting,
• Create detailed project schedules by analyzing project plans and specifications, determining time requirements, and sequencing project components accordingly,
• Monitor project progress and budgets, coordinate timelines, generate status reports, and recommend appropriate corrective actions when necessary,
• Lead cross-functional project teams, including managing the performance and deliverables of contractors,
• Collaborate with regional domain leads to obtain domain-specific expertise and support for build projects,
• Resolve moderately complex issues independently with minimal supervision, escalating more complex matters to the appropriate stakeholders as needed.
