Project Engineer – Electrical (Design & Supervision)

Job Brief:

Are you an experienced Electrical Project Engineer with strong expertise in design review, supervision, and execution of electrical systems for construction projects? Do you have solid UAE experience working in engineering, technical coordination, and site management roles?

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading engineering team in Dubai, where you will manage electrical project execution, coordinate with consultants and contractors, review technical drawings, and ensure the delivery of high-quality electrical systems within budget and schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze technical drawings, interpret specifications, and determine electrical project requirements.
• Liaise with consultants, engineers, and clients to ensure seamless coordination and customer satisfaction.
• Manage and oversee assigned electrical projects, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance.
• Use CAD software to draft electrical designs and review shop drawings.
• Review, analyze, and approve electrical engineering and construction plans.
• Perform troubleshooting, diagnose system issues, and propose technical solutions.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, statutory regulations, and engineering standards.
• Conduct quality assurance checks and prepare technical reports.
• Ensure project timelines and budget requirements are achieved.
• Contribute to project designs in collaboration with third-party architects.
• Participate in tender estimations and review value-engineering proposals with third-party PMC teams.
• Support project documentation, as-built drawings, and handover procedures.
• Manage site engineering tasks for awarded projects.
• Provide regular progress reports to the Head of Projects.

Required Qualification / Experience / Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in electrical project engineering.
• Strong experience in project management and site execution.
• Proficient in CAD software and MS Office.
• Solid knowledge of health & safety regulations and electrical standards.
• Strong decision-making and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent time-management, planning, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

Salary: AED 15000/Month
