Project Engineer – Facade

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Engineer – Facade with at least 4 years of UAE experience in façade systems. The candidate will be responsible for managing façade projects from design coordination to execution, ensuring timely delivery, quality compliance, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage façade projects from initiation to handover.
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, contractors, and internal teams.
• Review and interpret architectural drawings, structural drawings, and specifications.
• Prepare and review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, local regulations, and safety standards.
• Plan and monitor site activities, progress, and manpower allocation.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
• Coordinate procurement and delivery of materials.
• Monitor project budget and ensure cost control.
• Prepare progress reports and attend project meetings.
• Ensure QA/QC standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

Technical Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of façade systems (Curtain Wall, Unitized Systems, Stick Systems, Cladding).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Knowledge of façade design software is an advantage.
• Understanding of structural calculations and load analysis.
• Familiarity with UAE building codes and regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of UAE experience in façade contracting companies.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
