Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Engineer – Fitout to oversee the execution of interior fitout projects from start to completion. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in interior works, strong project management skills, and a valid UAE driving license to manage multiple sites efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all site activities related to interior fitout projects.
• Review project specifications, drawings, and BOQs to ensure proper execution as per design and client requirements.
• Prepare project schedules, resource plans, and progress reports.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers for smooth project execution.
• Ensure materials and workmanship meet quality and safety standards.
• Monitor site progress and resolve any technical or coordination issues promptly.
• Manage manpower, site activities, and ensure timely completion of work within budget.
• Attend site meetings and provide regular updates to management and clients.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards at all times.
• Utilize company vehicle for site visits, supervision, and coordination tasks (must have valid UAE driving license).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fitout or interior contracting projects within the UAE.
• Strong technical knowledge of fitout materials, joinery works, and MEP coordination.
• Proven ability to manage multiple sites and teams efficiently.
• Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
