Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Project Engineer (Civil/Fit Out) with strong experience in acoustic partitions, gypsum partitions, and interior fit-out works. The ideal candidate will manage projects from planning to handover, ensuring timely execution, quality compliance, and effective coordination with all project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee interior fit-out projects, focusing on acoustic and gypsum partition works.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and clients to meet project goals.
• Prepare and review project schedules, budgets, progress reports, and all related technical documentation.
• Monitor site activities and implement corrective actions to mitigate delays.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Supervise daily site operations, including labor, subcontractors, materials, and equipment.
• Work with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely material delivery.
• Conduct regular site inspections and provide technical guidance during execution.
• Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders, providing updates and reports.
• Support cost control and budget management throughout all project phases.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in interior fit-out projects, specifically acoustic and gypsum partition works.
• Strong understanding of interior fit-out processes, materials, and installation techniques.
• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
• Proven experience in project coordination and site supervision.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
