Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Engineer – Fit-Out (Civil) with hands-on experience in acoustic partitions, gypsum partitions, and interior fit-out works. The ideal candidate will manage the complete project lifecycle—from planning and coordination to execution and handover—ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise interior fit-out projects, with a strong focus on acoustic and gypsum partition works.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
• Prepare and review project schedules, work programs, budgets, method statements, and technical documentation.
• Monitor site progress and proactively address issues to avoid delays or cost overruns.
• Ensure strict compliance with HSE regulations, quality standards, and approved drawings/specifications.
• Supervise site activities including labor, subcontractors, materials, and equipment.
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
• Conduct site inspections and provide technical support during project execution.
• Prepare and submit progress reports and attend coordination meetings with clients and consultants.
• Assist in cost control, variation management, and project close-out activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of UAE experience in interior fit-out projects.
• Strong hands-on experience in acoustic partitions, gypsum partitions, and related fit-out works.
• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
• Good understanding of interior fit-out materials, installation methods, and site practices.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic project management tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple site activities effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
