Project Engineer- Fitout

Job Title: Project Engineer – Construction & Interior Fit-Out

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Engineer to oversee the end-to-end execution of luxury villa projects. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between structural shell construction and premium interior fit-out, ensuring that every detail—from the foundation to the final joinery—meets the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Site Supervision & Execution: Manage day-to-day site activities ensuring civil and fit-out works align with approved drawings and specifications.

Fit-Out Specialization: Lead interior finishing works, including joinery, tiling, ceiling, flooring, and glass works, ensuring luxury standards are met.

Technical Coordination: Interpret architectural, structural, and interior design drawings; identify and resolve technical conflicts before execution.

Project Planning: Develop and monitor detailed work schedules to ensure on-time delivery and efficient resource allocation.

Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinate effectively with architects, interior designers, MEP specialists, and subcontractors.

Quality & Safety: Conduct regular site inspections and manage the snagging process to ensure a flawless handover to the client.

Authority Compliance: Ensure all works comply with local building codes, health and safety regulations, and authority approvals.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of experience in construction, specifically within high-end residential or luxury developments.

Fit-Out Expertise: Proven track record in managing premium interior fit-out and renovation projects.

Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in AutoCAD and project management software like MS Project.

Soft Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

Language: Excellent communication in English is required; Arabic proficiency is a significant advantage.

Licensing: Valid UAE driving license is often mandatory for site visits.
