Job Summary

As a Project Engineer, you will plan, develop, coordinate, and manage construction engineering activities for multiple construction projects.

Responsibilities

  • Project Support: Assist the Project Manager and/or Project Superintendent with project management tasks.
  • Problem Resolution: Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and ensure quality construction, supporting the overall project schedule.
  • Project Coordination: Manage subcontract coordination, contract administration, submittals, work plan creation and revisions, field verification of quantities and work performed, analysis of CPM schedules, pay requests, and regular schedule updates with narratives.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to all safety and environmental requirements.
  • Additional Duties: Complete other assignments as directed by your supervisor.
  • Driving Record: Maintain an insurable driving record.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in the industry.
  • Technical Knowledge: Proficient understanding of construction equipment and techniques, drawings and specifications, building materials, and applicable standards.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Responsibility: Demonstrated capability to assume responsibility and meet deadlines.
  • Software Proficiency: Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
