Project Engineer - High Rise Building Project

• Implement all phases of the construction lifecycle from initiation to completion.
• supervise project from requirement definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Analyse project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met
• coordinate with construction manager, architects, engineers, electricians, and other specialists in the project and oversees their work.
• Coordinate construction workers and subcontractors
• Assist in selecting tools, materials and equipment and track inventory
• Trace and adheres to the budget, timeline, and quality control plan.
• Ensures that all local, state, and building codes and regulations and safety precautions in UAE are followed.
• Uses scheduling software to update schedules, track progress, and document project progression.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
