Project Engineer (HVAC)

Job Title: Project Engineer (HVAC & Plumbing)

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Project Engineer with strong experience in HVAC and Plumbing systems, especially hands-on knowledge of Chillers, HVAC Equipment, Piping Layouts, and Site Coordination. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of managing on-site execution, coordinating with clients, contractors, and ensuring timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and monitor HVAC & Plumbing project activities at project sites.
• Supervise installation, testing & commissioning of HVAC systems including chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ducting, and piping work.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure project technical requirements are met.
• Prepare project progress reports, material BOQs, work schedules, and ensure availability of required resources.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and project standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HVAC and plumbing systems.
• Ensure project execution within defined timelines and cost parameters.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.
• Minimum 2 to 6 years of hands-on experience in HVAC project execution.
• Strong working knowledge of Chillers, VRF/VRV systems, Pumps, Ducting, and Piping Layouts.
• Experience in Plumbing work execution and project coordination.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Should be based in or willing to work across Delhi NCR project sites.

Salary: As per industry standards (Based on experience and performance in interview)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
