To support the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and supervising infrastructure works including roads, utilities, drainage, sewerage, and other civil works to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery in compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in overall project planning, scheduling, and execution of infrastructure works.
  • Review design drawings, technical specifications, and project documents to ensure clarity and constructability.
  • Supervise site activities including earthworks, road works, utility installations (water, sewerage, stormwater, irrigation, electrical, telecom, etc.).
  • Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers for timely progress and material approvals.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on work status.
  • Ensure works are carried out in compliance with project specifications, drawings, and approved quality and safety procedures.
  • Assist in preparing method statements, material submittals, and inspection requests.
  • Verify quantities and assist in preparing progress billing and project cost control.
  • Support the Project Manager in resolving technical issues, design changes, and site constraints.
  • Participate in progress meetings and coordinate with relevant authorities when required.
  • Ensure all safety, quality, and environmental policies are implemented on site.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in infrastructure / civil / utilities projects (roads, sewerage, drainage, water supply, etc.).
