Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager – Interior Fit-Out to lead and deliver

high-quality interior finishing projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong

technical knowledge in fit-out execution, excellent client-facing skills, and proven experience

managing large-scale projects from planning through handover.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

• Manage end-to-end delivery of interior fit-out projects, ensuring timelines, budgets,

and quality standards are met.

• Coordinate and supervise site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Oversee execution of interior finishing works including carpentry, joinery, and MEP

coordination.

• Monitor project schedules and proactively resolve delays, risks, and technical

challenges.

Technical & Quality Control

• Ensure all work complies with project specifications, drawings, and UAE regulations.
• Maintain strict quality control across finishing, joinery, and MEP works.
• Conduct regular site inspections and snagging to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Review shop drawings, materials, and method statements before execution.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Attend client meetings, provide progress updates, and manage expectations.
• Coordinate with consultants, designers, and authorities when required.

Commercial & Reporting

• Track project costs and assist in budget control and resource planning.
• Support procurement and manage subcontractor performance.
• Prepare progress reports and ensure timely project handover.

Requirements

Experience

• 5–6 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out projects.
• Proven track record managing large-scale projects.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of:

o Interior finishing works

o Carpentry and joinery

o MEP coordination

o Fit-out project lifecycle and site execution

Soft Skills

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
