Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, maintenance, safety, and functionality of company facilities to ensure a safe, efficient, and compliant working environment.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Oversee building maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance programs.</li><li>Manage HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and other building systems.</li><li>Coordinate and supervise contractors, vendors, and service providers.</li><li>Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Monitor facility budgets, expenses, and cost-saving initiatives.</li><li>Conduct regular facility inspections and address operational issues promptly.</li><li>Manage space planning, office moves, and facility improvement projects.</li><li>Maintain asset records, service contracts, and maintenance documentation.</li><li>Support emergency response and business continuity planning.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>5+ years of facilities management experience.</li><li>Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and safety regulations.</li><li>Experience managing vendors, contracts, and facility budgets.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CMMS software.</li></ul>Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
