Project Engineer – Interior Fit-out

We are seeking a highly capable Project Engineer (Interior Fit-out) to join our growing team in Dubai. This role requires a civil engineering professional with strong technical expertise and hands-on experience in managing interior fit-out projects from initiation through to successful completion.

Role & Responsibilities

• Take ownership of fit-out project delivery, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and client expectations are consistently met.
• Plan, track, and update project schedules, milestones, and reports to ensure smooth progress.
• Liaise with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to maintain clear communication and efficient coordination.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify workmanship, resolve on-site challenges, and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Review and validate technical documents, including shop drawings, material submissions, and method statements.
• Monitor and control project costs, proactively addressing any potential overruns.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies across all project activities.
• Lead and mentor site teams, subcontractors, and supervisors to achieve high-performance standards.
• Represent the project team in client and management meetings, providing accurate updates and recommendations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Strong technical knowledge of fit-out works, construction drawings, BOQs, and project documentation.
• Proficiency in project management and engineering tools (AutoCAD, MS Office, MS Project/Primavera).
• Familiarity with UAE local authority regulations and approval processes (Dubai Municipality, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments under pressure.
• UAE driving license is an added advantage.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
