Project Engineer – ITS Systems (Traffic & Telecom)

Location: Dubai

Expected Joining Date: 1 July 2026

Role Summary:
Responsible for supporting the Project Manager in planning, execution, and coordination of Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) installation, integration, and delivery activities related to traffic and telecom systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in project planning, scheduling, execution, and progress monitoring.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documents.
• Monitor installation activities related to Dynamic Message Signs (DMS), Lane Control Systems (LCS), control cabinets, fiber optic networks, and power cabling works.
• Coordinate interface activities with consultants, clients, and other contractors.
• Support testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and project handover activities.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Communication Engineering.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in ITS, traffic systems, or telecom infrastructure projects.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.

Mandatory Experience:

• Must have experience in Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) or infrastructure projects involving roadside systems such as Dynamic Message Signs (DMS), traffic systems, telecom systems, or network-based field equipment.
• Experience in installation, coordination, testing, and commissioning activities in multi-contractor environments is required.
• UAE project experience will be an advantage.

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED16,000.00 per month
