Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage joinery projects from initial planning to final handover.
- Review project drawings, specifications, and material requirements for joinery works.
- Prepare project schedules, work programs, and material submittals.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure work is carried out as per design, quality standards, and timelines.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams regarding project updates and requirements.
- Coordinate with the production team for fabrication schedules and delivery plans.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures on site.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and highlight any delays or issues.
- Assist in quantity take-offs, cost monitoring, and resource planning.
- Resolve technical issues related to joinery works on-site.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
