Project Engineer - Landscape Industry

Key Responsibilities

• Site Management: Supervise daily site activities for hardscape (paving, concrete) and softscape (planting, irrigation).
• Technical Coordination: Review shop drawings, material submissions, and technical proposals against contract requirements.
• Planning & Scheduling: Develop, monitor, and update project schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Field Engineering: Perform field engineering tasks, including site surveying and adjustments to specifications.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to resolve technical issues arising on site.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all landscape construction complies with quality standards, environmental regulations, and project specifications.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or Landscape Architecture.
• Experience: Usually 5+ years of relevant landscape construction experience.
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in AutoCAD/CAE tools, irrigation systems, and hard/soft landscaping techniques.
• Coordination Skills: Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and contractors on site.
