Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer – Metal Industries to manage and execute metal fabrication and installation projects including structural steel, architectural metal, aluminum, and custom metal works. The candidate will be responsible for project coordination, site execution, production coordination, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage metal fabrication and installation projects from start to completion
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal departments
• Review engineering drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals
• Coordinate with factory/production for fabrication schedule and material delivery
• Monitor site installation progress and ensure work is as per approved drawings
• Attend site meetings and conduct site inspections and measurements
• Prepare project schedules, daily/weekly progress reports
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Manage project documentation, approvals, and material submittals
• Monitor project costs, material usage, and variations
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Civil Engineering or related field
• 3–5 years UAE experience in metal industries, steel, aluminum, or architectural metal works
• Experience in:
• Structural steel
• Staircases
• Handrails & balustrades
• Pergolas & canopies
• Metal cladding
• Aluminum & façade works
• Decorative metal works
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and shop drawings
• Good project coordination and communication skills
• Ability to manage site and factory coordination
• UAE Driving License preferred

Preferred Experience

• Experience in architectural metal / steel fabrication / aluminum / façade companies
• Knowledge of fabrication, site installation, and project documentation
• Familiar with UAE construction standards

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
