Project Engineer Ras Al Khaima

• Lead, plan, and manage PEB and structural steel projects from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with scope, budget, and schedule.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely project delivery.
• Review and interpret structural drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Supervise site activities including steel erection, civil foundations, cladding, finishing, and related works.
• Monitor project costs, progress, quality, and safety compliance.
• Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, industry standards, and GCC regulations.
• Mentor and guide project engineers and site teams to achieve project goals.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum 8 years GCC experience in PEB construction, steel structures, and associated civil works.
• Strong technical knowledge of structural steel fabrication, erection, civil foundations, and finishing works.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects in the GCC.
• Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies, planning tools (Primavera P6 / MS Project), and budgeting.
• Familiarity with international codes and GCC building standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
