Project engineer - Restaurant experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of multiple restaurant construction or fit-out projects.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
• Review drawings, specifications, and BOQs for restaurant layouts and systems (HVAC, MEP, kitchen equipment).
• Supervise site activities, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
• Handle permits, inspections, and approvals required for restaurant openings.
• Conduct regular site visits and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Collaborate with the operations and design teams to ensure the functionality and aesthetics of restaurant layouts.
• Troubleshoot on-site issues and provide technical solutions in a timely manner.
• Ensure handover procedures and snag lists are completed to satisfaction.
