We are looking for a skilled and proactive Project Engineer – Solar Energy with hands-on experience in solar project execution. The ideal candidate should be technically sound, capable of managing field surveys, designing, and coordinating across departments, with a strong focus on client handling and technical troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site surveys and feasibility assessments
• Prepare detailed electrical and structural drawings
• Create and manage project BOQs
• Oversee supply, installation, and commissioning of solar projects
• Coordinate with internal teams (procurement, execution, design)
• Handle client communication, project updates, and feedback
• Troubleshoot and debug inverter and system issues
• Ensure project quality, timelines, and performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 1- 2 years experience in solar project execution
• Strong knowledge of solar inverters and system troubleshooting
• Proficient in AutoCAD, PVsyst, MS Excel, and project documentation
• Good communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
• Must be solution-oriented and able to work independently

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
