We are looking for a skilled Solar Electrical Engineer to design, develop, and implement solar energy systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in solar PV design, electrical schematics, power distribution, and project execution — ensuring efficient, safe, and sustainable energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop solar PV systems (on-grid, off-grid, and hybrid).
• Prepare electrical drawings, layouts, and single-line diagrams (SLDs) using AutoCAD or similar tools.
• Conduct site surveys, feasibility studies, and load calculations.
• Size and select solar panels, inverters, batteries, and BOS components.
• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of solar systems.
• Ensure compliance with national electrical codes and safety standards.
• Perform performance analysis, troubleshooting, and maintenance of existing solar systems.
• Collaborate with civil, mechanical, and project teams for integrated design solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and project proposals.
• Stay updated with emerging solar technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Renewable Energy Engineering.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in solar system design and implementation.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, PVsyst, Helioscope, or similar design tools.
• Strong understanding of electrical standards (NEC, IEC, etc.)
• Experience in inverter and protection system design.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred:

• Certification in Solar PV Design or Renewable Energy (e.g., PV Designer, NABCEP).
• Experience in large-scale or rooftop solar projects.
• Knowledge of energy storage systems and grid interconnection procedures.
