Job Description:
We are hiring a TAQA-approved Project Engineer experienced in water transmission and distribution pipeline projects. The candidate must have hands-on experience with TAQA procedures, permits, shutdown coordination, and site execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage pipeline construction as per TAQA standards and permit-to-work system.
• Coordinate with TAQA inspectors for approvals, inspections & shutdowns.
• Review IFC drawings and supervise site activities.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and quality control requirements.
• Prepare daily reports, documentation, and maintain all TAQA submissions.
• Manage testing, reinstatement, and commissioning activities.

Requirements:

• TAQA Competency Certificate (mandatory).
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in water pipeline or utility infrastructure projects in UAE.
• Strong knowledge of TAQA regulations, pipeline construction methods, hydrotesting, reinstatement, and commissioning.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• UAE driving license preferred.
