We are seeking an experienced Project Engineering Manager to join our Dubai office and lead engineering operations for these ambitious initiatives.

Role Overview

The Project Engineering Manager will oversee the planning, design, and execution of engineering projects related to film production facilities, studio infrastructure, and entertainment complexes. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership, and the ability to manage complex projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead engineering strategy and execution for large-scale production and entertainment projects.
• Oversee project planning, design reviews, and construction management.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, safety standards, and sustainability practices.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and creative teams to deliver world-class facilities.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources across multiple projects.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.
• Identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 10–12 years of experience in engineering and project management, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale infrastructure or entertainment-related projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project management tools, and sustainability practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with UAE building codes and regulatory frameworks is essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED150.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
