Project Engineer/Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Project Engineer / Supervisor with driving license to oversee fit-out and general maintenance works. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of hands-on experience supervising interior fit-out projects and building maintenance activities, ensuring timely delivery, quality workmanship, and compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Fit-Out Supervision:

• Prepare project layouts, estimates and quotations to the client for Civil Maintenance and fitout projects
• Coordinate inspections and approvals with consultants, clients or municipal authorities.
• Coordinate and handle Civil, Interiors, End of lease works.
• Reporting about the progress of work.
• Manage & control a team of workers.
• Effectively plan & schedule the work to maximize the utility of resources.
• Should have good network of sub contractors required for the projects.
• Raise material request that is required for uninterrupted work at job site.
• Allocate work to the workers and to make sure that the assigned work is achieved within the time frame.
• Ensure the quality of work from the beginning and avoid rework.
• Prepare invoices, submit and get the bills certified.
• Follow payments from the clients.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure use of PPE and safe practices at all times.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4-5 years of proven experience as a site/project supervisor in fit-out and/or facility maintenance.
• Diploma or technical qualification in Civil, Mechanical or a related field.
• Sound knowledge of fit-out materials, finishing techniques, and MEP services.
• Strong ability to prepare technical drawings, BOQs, and method statements.
• UAE driving license is must.
• Experience working in Dubai is must.
• Basic MS Office, Auto cad and project reporting skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
