PROJECT ENGNEER (PRECAST INDUSTRY)

CORE RESPONSIBILITES

• Project planning and management :- oversee the technical and engineering aspects of a recast project from start to finish. This inclues planning scheduling and managing the project to ensure accuracy and proper resourcing.
• Production co-ordination: Co-ordinate the entire production process to achieve planned output according to schedules and quality standards.
• Sub-contractor and client management: manage and co-ordinate with subcontractors and suppliers. This also includes client interaction to understand needs and manage client inspections.
• Technical overtsight: Ensure the project aligns with construction drawings method statements and other technical documentation. Review and approve technical documents and ensure project compliance with standards.
• Quality and sagety: oversee quality controllers and ensure health and safety measures are implemented on site.
• Documentation and reporting: maintain project documentation and get involved in the implementation of work procedures and reports.
• Team leadership: lead and mentor other team members including entry- level professionals.
