Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Estimator to join our Estimation Department. The role involves preparing accurate cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and pricing proposals for commercial and warehouse construction projects. The Estimator will analyze architectural, structural, and MEP drawings, evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations, and ensure competitive, accurate, and profitable tender submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed BOQs and cost estimates aligned with drawings and project scope
• Analyze tender documents, specifications, and RFQs
• Source, compare, and evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotations
• Perform value engineering to optimize costs without compromising quality
• Maintain updated material and subcontractor rate databases
• Support project handover and post-award cost control and variance analysis
• Coordinate with project, procurement, and site teams

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Estimator in construction projects
• Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, cost analysis, and tendering
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Experience in UAE projects is preferred
