Project Estimator (Civil)

Job Summary

Falcon Group is looking for a Project Estimator (Civil) with a strong civil engineering background to prepare accurate cost estimates and support tendering for civil construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and budgets for civil projects.
• Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Perform quantity take-offs and rate analysis.
• Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations.
• Support tender submissions and bid evaluations.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Relevant experience as a Project Estimator in civil construction.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and market rates.
