About the Role

We are a fast-growing interior fit-out company in Dubai and are looking for a Project Execution Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing interior fit-out project execution, coordinating site teams, ensuring quality control, and maintaining client satisfaction from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day execution of interior fit-out projects
• Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Review drawings, technical specifications, and ensure work is executed as per standards
• Monitor project timelines and ensure milestones are met
• Conduct site inspections and maintain quality control
• Manage project documentation, progress reports, and site logs
• Support the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities whenever required
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
• Troubleshoot on-site issues and provide timely resolutions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Interior Engineering / Architecture or related field
• Minimum 2–4 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out project execution
• Strong technical knowledge of materials, drawings, and site procedures
• Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver within tight deadlines
• UAE driving licence preferred

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
