The Project Execution Manager is responsible for leading and managing all awarded projects from contract signing to full completion and collection. This role ensures that all project deliverables are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget, while maintaining effective coordination between departments and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the execution of all awarded projects.
  • Coordinate with Maz Holding’s supply chain department to ensure all products and services required for project execution are fulfilled.
  • Provide installation and logistics cost estimates during the project estimation stage.
  • Allocate sufficient resources to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
  • Follow up on payment collections according to contractual milestones.
  • Regularly report project status and progress to the Division Manager.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients during project execution, in coordination with the Division Manager and Sales team.
  • Ensure all client communications and project documentation are properly archived on the company server.

Qualifications And Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Industrial or Mechanical).
  • PMP certification is mandatory.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
