ABOUT THE POSITION

AKSA Power Generation is looking for a Project Executive who will work in the Marketing and Business Development department of Aksa Power Generation for Aksa Turkey Organization in Istanbul.

Job Requirements:

• Residing in Istanbul with no obligate to work at location of Aksa HQ
• Preferably a graduate from universities in Engineering (Computer, Industrial, Business, Mathematics, Electrical-Electronics), MIS, or Informatics departments, or holding a master's degree in Information Technologies-related programs.
• Comprehensive knowledge and experience in end-to-end Integrated Management Systems projects, with expertise in SAP SD, MM, FI, CO, and PaPM modules process management.
• Preferably at least 5 years of experience in system development and integration projects, serving as a project manager or playing a role in SAP transformation projects, ideally within globally operating industrial product manufacturing and sales companies.
• Proficient in project management standards and methodologies; preferably certified or trained in project management (PMP, Agile/Scrum).
• Extensive experience in stakeholder and budget management in the projects managed.
• Strong analytical skills, competent in teamwork, presentation techniques, problem solving, conflict management, time management, and multitasking; proactive approach.
• Willingness to develop professionally and learn new technologies.
• Fluent command of English in both written and spoken,
• No obstacle for domestic and international travel,
• Havind driving licence and able to drive actively,
• No military obligations for male candidates.

Job Description:

• Identifying project requirements and managing projects within the defined scope, time and cost, ensuring overall project coordination.
• Preparing detailed work plans, project schedules, and timelines.
• Conducting project resource planning.
• Ensuring the assignment of necessary resources to the project.
• Defining roles and responsibilities of the project team.
• Maintaining effective and continuous communication with project sponsors and stakeholders.
• Managing activities of supplier companies within the project.
• Preparing and presenting project management documentation and reports.
• Continuously monitoring project progress against established criteria.
• Managing project risk and change management.
• Ensuring timely decision-making, communication, and coordination; organizing project periodic meetings including kick-off, closing, and status meetings.
