Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Executive to manage and oversee interior and exterior design projects from planning to execution. The candidate must have 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in project coordination, site supervision, vendor management, and client handling. Owning a two-wheeler is mandatory, as the role involves regular site visits and coordination across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:Project Coordination & Execution:
- Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure timely and quality execution of interior and exterior works.
- Coordinate with design teams, contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project flow.
- Ensure that execution matches approved drawings and material specifications.
- Maintain daily site reports, progress updates, and escalate issues if any.
Client & Vendor Communication:
- Act as the primary point of contact between the company and clients during the execution phase.
- Regularly update clients on work progress and address queries or concerns.
- Liaise with vendors and contractors to manage timelines, work quality, and material deliveries.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain records of material consumption, labor, and project milestones.
- Assist in BOQ verification, bill checking, and project cost tracking.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards on-site.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
- 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in project/site execution (interior and exterior works).
- Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license (daily travel required).
- Strong understanding of interior/exterior materials, finishes, and construction practices.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and technical details.
- Proficiency in MS Office, basic AutoCAD knowledge is a plus.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in both residential and commercial project execution.
- Familiarity with vendor and contractor network in the local market.
- Knowledge of quality control and safety practices.
Work Schedule:
- 6 days a week
- On-site job with travel to multiple locations (travel expenses reimbursed as per company policy)
