About the Role:
This is an Expression of Interest for a Project Executive role to support a confidential Project Management Consultancy assignment in Kuwait. The role is a core PMC position, subject to project award, and will be based full-time in Kuwait.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the PMC team and ensure full compliance with TOR and contractual obligations
Act as the primary liaison with client representatives and key stakeholders
Oversee strategic planning, execution, and reporting across all project phases
Ensure timely delivery of all PMC services, including project controls, claims, and contract administration
Represent the PMC consultant in senior-level meetings and decision-making forums

Qualifications and Experience:

Master’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture
Minimum 25 years of professional experience
Proven leadership experience on university, college, or institutional campus projects.
Strong PMC leadership experience on large-scale institutional or public sector projects
