Job Summary:
Responsible for managing and controlling project documentation in an accurate and timely manner, ensuring full compliance with client, consultant, and contractor requirements. Provides effective administrative, secretarial, and coordination support to the Operations Manager, Project Manager, and the wider project team to ensure smooth day-to-day project operations.
This role is based within a client-side project and Operations office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, control, and maintain all project documentation accurately and on time
- Ensure full compliance with client, consultant, and contractor documentation requirements
- Register, track, distribute, and archive project documents and correspondence
- Maintain document control systems and filing structures (electronic and hard copy)
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Operations Manager, Project Manager, and project team
- Coordinate document submissions, approvals, and revisions with all stakeholders
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and meeting minutes as required
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
- 2–4 years experience in document control or project administration (client-side experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of MS Office and document management systems
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
