Document Controller

Job Title: Document Controller

Location: Kuwait – Client Head Office
Contract Type: Contract 6–12 months (Extendable)
Working Days: 5 days per week

Role Overview:

Our client, a globally recognized leader in industrial automation, electrification, and digitalization solutions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Controller with a logistics background to support operations at its Head Office in Kuwait. The role is responsible for ensuring effective document control, compliance with internal standards, and accurate coordination of logistics-related documentation. Proficiency in Arabic (written and verbal) is essential to support communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain document control procedures in line with Siemens policies and project requirements.
  • Manage the receipt, registration, classification, distribution, and archiving of logistics and operational documents.
  • Ensure document accuracy, version control, traceability, and timely circulation to relevant stakeholders.
  • Coordinate closely with logistics, operations, and administrative teams to ensure documentation completeness and compliance.
  • Maintain confidentiality, integrity, and security of all controlled documents.
  • Prepare document registers, reports, and status updates as required by management.
  • Support audits, inspections, and internal reviews by providing accurate documentation in a timely manner.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Previous experience as a Document Controller, preferably within logistics, supply chain, or project-based environments.
  • Mandatory proficiency in Arabic (written and verbal); working knowledge of English is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with document management systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a structured and professional manner.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a corporate environment.

Pay: KD450.000 per month
