Role Overview

Gerry’s Visa is looking for a detail-oriented and technically sound Project Executive to support project planning, cost estimation, and on-site execution. The role requires strong expertise in quantity surveying, AutoCAD, and coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed BOQs, cost estimates, and rate analysis using AutoCAD drawings and site measurements
• Perform accurate quantity take-offs from AutoCAD drawings and update quantities based on revisions
• Coordinate with Project Manager, contractors, and consultants to support smooth site execution
• Monitor site progress, measure executed work, and verify quantities against BOQs
• Review and certify IPCs (Interim Payment Certificates) based on actual site execution
• Evaluate variations, change orders, and claims arising from drawing revisions and site conditions
• Conduct drawing reviews and assist in developing floor plans using AutoCAD
• Support execution of refurbishment and fit-out projects ensuring quality and timelines
• Ensure alignment of civil, MEP, HVAC, and electrical works with project requirements
• Interpret, modify, and review architectural and MEP AutoCAD drawings for execution accuracy

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, DAE Civil or a related field
• 3-4 years of relevant experience in project execution, quantity surveying, or fit-out projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
