Role Overview

A Project Executive for an e-commerce and digital/software agency is responsible for coordinating client projects, managing timelines, and ensuring smooth communication between the team and clients. They oversee daily project operations, track progress, and resolve issues quickly. They also support the team in delivering high-quality work on time while maintaining strong client satisfaction. closing deals for our software development and digital marketing services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily e-commerce and digital projects from start to delivery
• Communicate with clients to understand requirements, timelines, and updates
• Assign tasks to internal teams (design, development, marketing) and track progress
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and performance metrics
• Collaborate with the design and development teams to ensure smooth workflow
• Handle client queries, follow-ups, and satisfaction checks
• Support marketing activities, content updates, and product listings (if required)
• Identify risks / delays early and handle problem-solving
• Assist in new project planning and team coordination

Requirements

• Minimum experience: 6 months – 1.5 years in e-commerce, IT, software, digital marketing, or project coordination
• Strong communication skills (English preferred)
• Good knowledge of e-commerce workflows, digital tools, or software cycles
• Ability to multitask, organize, and manage deadlines
• Basic understanding of design, development, or digital marketing cycles (training can be provided)
• Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Excel, Trello, Asana, or similar
• Must be responsible, active, and client-oriented
• Experience: Minimum 9months – Maximum 1.5year
• Must be based in Lahore (Johar Town / Wapda Town)
• Project-based salary

Salary / Compensation

• Project-based or fixed salary (as per company policy)
