Project Finance Analyst - Seeking Adventurers and Builders in Renewable Energy

Your Role:
- Build financial models for banks and company principles
- Research new markets, legislation, and technologies
- Monitor loan covenants and project performance for compliance
- Assist with bank diligence, legal review, and closing of loans and tax credit sales
- Coordinate monthly loan draws for active construction projects
- Forecast medium and long-term cash flow (3+ months out)
- Manage insurance, bonding capacity, and diligence requests
- Support asset management functions for operating portfolio
- Identify opportunities to automate, standardize, and streamline processes
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:

- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in corporate finance.
- Education: Degree in business, finance, accounting, related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Technical: Proficient in Excel & VBA and experience working with LLMs.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, strong attention to detail, and the ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects at various stages.
- Mindset: Self-motivated, results-driven, and committed to high ethical standards.
- Flexibility: Able to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
