Project Planning & Execution

Lead complete lifecycle of residential projects, from concept to handover.

Develop project execution strategies, timelines, and budgets.

Monitor progress to ensure adherence to schedules and quality standards.

Team & Stakeholder Management
-
Lead and mentor site/project engineering teams.
-
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
-
Act as a single point of contact between management, design, and execution teams.

Contract & Cost Management
-
Evaluate and finalize contractors/vendors with procurement teams.
-
Monitor BOQs, cost estimates, budgets, and control project costs.
-
Approve contractor bills, variations, and ensure cost efficiency.

Quality & Safety Compliance
-
Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, building codes, and statutory requirements.
-
Implement and monitor safety practices at site.
-
Conduct periodic quality audits and inspections.
-
Regulatory & Liaison
-
Oversee statutory approvals and compliance with local authorities (BMC, RERA, MMRDA, etc.).

Liaise with government agencies for project clearances and permissions.
-
Reporting & MIS
-
Provide regular project status updates to senior management.
-
Track risks, delays, and proactively implement corrective measures.
Qualifications & Experience
-
Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred).
-
15–20 years
of experience in real estate construction, with at least 5–7 years in leadership roles.

Proven track record of handling
large-scale residential projects in Mumbai
.

Strong knowledge of civil engineering practices, MEP coordination, contracts, and project management tools.
-
Familiarity with local building codes, approvals, and regulatory processes in Mumbai.
