Project Head

• Project Planning & Execution
• Lead complete lifecycle of residential projects, from concept to handover.
• Develop project execution strategies, timelines, and budgets.
• Monitor progress to ensure adherence to schedules and quality standards.
• Team & Stakeholder Management
• Lead and mentor site/project engineering teams.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Act as a single point of contact between management, design, and execution teams.
• Contract & Cost Management
• Evaluate and finalize contractors/vendors with procurement teams.
• Monitor BOQs, cost estimates, budgets, and control project costs.
• Approve contractor bills, variations, and ensure cost efficiency.
• Quality & Safety Compliance
• Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, building codes, and statutory requirements.
• Implement and monitor safety practices at site.
• Conduct periodic quality audits and inspections.
• Regulatory & Liaison
• Oversee statutory approvals and compliance with local authorities (BMC, RERA, MMRDA, etc.).
• Liaise with government agencies for project clearances and permissions.
• Reporting & MIS
• Provide regular project status updates to senior management.
• Track risks, delays, and proactively implement corrective measures.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred).
• 15–20 years of experience in real estate construction, with at least 5–7 years in leadership roles.
• Proven track record of handling large-scale residential projects in Mumbai .
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering practices, MEP coordination, contracts, and project management tools.
• Familiarity with local building codes, approvals, and regulatory processes in Mumbai.
