Project Head

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, plan, and execute interior design projects from inception to handover.
• Manage multiple sites, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams to ensure seamless project flow.
• Develop project schedules, monitor progress, and resolve issues proactively.
• Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and contractual requirements.
• Conduct regular site reviews, progress meetings, and reporting to management.
• Manage vendor and contractor relationships, negotiations, and performance.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to project managers, site engineers, and supervisors.
• Act as the key point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication.
• Ensure project documentation, billing, and closure are completed as per company standards.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of interior design, materials, and construction processes.
• Proven expertise in project planning, budgeting, and execution.
• Leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and client-handling skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or similar) preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Interior Design (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in project management within the interior design industry.
• Experience in handling large commercial, corporate, or high-end residential projects.

Notice Period - Immediate 15 to 30 days notice period
