Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Management

  • Assist the Project Manager in managing day-to-day project activities and communication among stakeholders (owners, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and hotel operators).
  • Support in developing project schedules, budgets, and procurement plans.
  • Coordinate design reviews and ensure timely submission of drawings, approvals, and revisions.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including meeting minutes, progress reports, and change orders.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks or delays, and propose mitigation actions.

Construction & Site Supervision

  • Conduct site visits to monitor work progress, quality, and compliance with specifications and safety standards.
  • Liaise with contractors and consultants to resolve technical issues and ensure adherence to project plans.
  • Track material deliveries and installation timelines to prevent construction delays.

Financial & Contract Management

  • Assist in the preparation and review of tender documents, bid evaluations, and contractor appointments.
  • Support the monitoring of project budgets, cost reports, and payment certifications.
  • Track variations, claims, and change orders under the supervision of the Project Manager.

Stakeholder Communication

  • Coordinate between owners, hotel operators, designers, and contractors to ensure alignment on project requirements and brand standards.
  • Prepare regular updates and presentations for management and project stakeholder.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹65,000.00 per month
