Project Head (Schooling), Assistant Coordinator, Teacher (English, Urdu, Maths)

Project Head Schooling

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management:

Plan, execute, and oversee schooling projects from initiation to completion within timelines and budgets.

  • Academic Leadership:

Ensure high-quality academic delivery aligned with curriculum standards and institutional goals.

  • Team Management:

Lead, mentor, and manage teaching and administrative staff to achieve project objectives.

  • Coordination & Communication:

Liaise with stakeholders including school management, teachers, parents, and external partners.

  • Monitoring & Evaluation:

Track project performance, analyze results, and implement improvements where necessary.

Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Support:

Assist in planning and executing schooling projects and academic programs.

  • Coordination:

Coordinate with teachers, school staff, and management for smooth implementation of activities.

  • Communication:

Act as a point of contact between different stakeholders including parents, school administration, and project teams.

  • Scheduling & Planning:

Prepare schedules, timelines, and ensure tasks are completed on time.

  • Monitoring & Reporting:

Track project progress, maintain records, and prepare regular reports.

  • Documentation:

Maintain proper documentation of project activities, student data, and reports.

Teachers

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons according to the curriculum.
  • Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and assessments.
  • Manage classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
  • Evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and activities.
  • Provide extra support to weak students.
  • Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress.
  • Participate in school meetings, events, and academic activities.
