Project Manager (Night Shift)

Job description:

As a Project Manager for the Night Shift, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of projects. You will be responsible for managing project timelines, gathering client requirements, and coordinating with our talented Graphic Design team to deliver outstanding results. Key Responsibilities:

Timely Trello Updates:
Maintain and update Trello boards to keep all project tasks organized and up-to-date.

Client Interaction:
Interact with clients to gather project requirements on call, understand their needs, and ensure clear communication between the client and the project team.

Project Coordination:
Work closely with our Graphic Designers and other team members to ensure projects are on track and completed according to client specifications.

Quality Control:
Ensure the quality and consistency of project deliverables, making necessary adjustments as needed.

Risk Management:
Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may affect project timelines or quality.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent English speaking and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in project management tools like Trello.

Knowledge of graphic design principles and processes is a plus.

Timings:

Monday - Friday (Saturdays are alternate)

10:00PM - 6:00AM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
