What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and implement site-wide QHSE strategy aligned to corporate and mining regulatory standards
• Drive measurable safety performance, targeting industry-leading LTIFR and zero-fatality outcomes
• Oversee risk management, contractor compliance, and incident investigations with timely corrective action
• Embed a proactive safety culture through leadership engagement, audits, training, and environmental controls

What You’ll Bring

• 8-10+ years QHSE experience, including at least 5 years within a mining environment
• Recognised qualifications such as NEBOSH Diploma, OSHA or equivalent, plus a relevant degree
• Strong working knowledge of mining legislation, environmental compliance, and emergency response
• Proven leadership capability across multicultural and remote site operations
