Project HR Officer

We are looking for a Project HR Officer to join our community. The candidate will be responsible for all human resources functions at our project site in Western Region including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identifying qualified candidates for open positions at the project site and conducting interviews to assess their suitability.
• Ensuring new hires have a smooth transition into their roles, including completing necessary paperwork, providing orientation, and introducing them to the team.
• Addressing employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances, and working towards resolutions that are fair and consistent with company policies.
• Assisting supervisors in conducting regular performance reviews and providing feedback to employees.
• Staying up-to-date on relevant labor laws and ensuring the project site adheres to all applicable regulations.
• Assisting team leaders with HR-related tasks and ensuring that HR functions are integrated into the project's overall operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
