Location: Gurugram
Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

With a growing footprint across India, including projects in metros, airports, hospitals, hospitality, and premium residential spaces, we are now strengthening our Gurugram project operations with a dynamic Project Management Executive to support execution excellence on-site and off-site.

Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination (Daily)

• Prepare, monitor, and update project schedules and activity trackers.
• Map site prerequisites before execution and ensure readiness logs are maintained.
• Track daily progress reports and coordinate with site engineers and vendors.
• Maintain project communication records, emails, and updates on FieldCircle (FC) or equivalent software.
• Support documentation for installation, commissioning, and maintenance handovers.

Operations & Reporting

• Track cash flow and project-related expenses; maintain cost control logs.
• Update and reconcile project ledgers in coordination with Accounts.
• Prepare purchase requisitions, comparative statements, and vendor follow-ups.
• Manage coordination between procurement, stores, and site for timely material delivery.

Vendor & Team Coordination

• Conduct vendor verification (KYC) and ensure documentation compliance.
• Obtain and analyze minimum three rate quotations and prepare logic-based recommendations.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors for project timelines and billing validation.
• Encourage teamwork and collaboration across site engineers, subcontractors, and backend teams to ensure smooth execution and accountability.
• Work closely with the Project Manager / Installation Manager for task closure and reporting.

Quality & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to EN81 standards, site safety, and company quality protocols.
• Support inspection readiness and documentation for project audits.

Requirements

• Graduate in Engineering / Business Administration / Operations Management.
• 2–4 years’ experience in project coordination, site operations, or vendor management (mobility, electrical, or construction sectors preferred).
• Proficiency in Excel, FieldCircle (or equivalent project tools), and documentation workflows.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills; ability to handle multiple stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented, structured, and proactive with communication and accountability.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport, motivate teams, and maintain alignment between field and office functions.
